This was a complete re-fit as we removed the old ceiling, floor and all plasterwork back to brick as it was in a state of disrepair. 

Electrics - work included spotlights, recessed colour changing LED’s, underfloor heating, dual floor radiator, bluetooth sound system.

Plumbing - work required all new pipework for re-siting of sink, toilet and shower. 

Tiling – rustic plank porcelain floor tiles and polished porcelain wall tiles.

Joinery – build out stud wall to hide existing brickwork and create recessed shelving complete with LED lights.

Furniture – hand built bespoke units with open shelving and drawers in a modern textured finish.

Sanitaryware – Wall hung toilet and inset sink set into a quartz worktop. Walk in shower with a striking black low profile tray. Bristan drench head shower and chrome tap.

 This type of bathroom has a typical guide price of 14-16K.
